Privacy Notice
1. Who we are
Pulsior is a programmatic sales house. We help publishers monetize premium inventory, and we help DSPs / agencies / buying teams access that inventory in a controlled, auditable way.
You can reach us at [email protected].
Legal / compliance / due diligence queries should also use this address.
2. What data we collect on this website
When you visit pulsior.io (or any page we host under this domain), we may collect basic technical information that is standard for running a website, such as:
- IP address and general location (at the region / country level, not precise coordinates)
- Browser / device type and version
- Referrer (how you got to this page)
- Date and time of access
- Pages viewed and simple interaction events (for example, opening the partner profiles modal)
We use this information for security (for example, to detect automated abuse) and to understand general, non-personal usage of the site.
We do not deliberately collect sensitive personal data (health, political, etc.) and we do not attempt to build marketing profiles on individual visitors of this marketing site.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We aim to operate with minimal tracking. Where we use cookies or similar technologies, it is typically for:
- Basic site functionality (for example, remembering UI state)
- Security / abuse prevention
- Aggregate analytics (for example, how many buyers looked at "Inventory sheet")
We do not sell cookie data to data brokers, and we do not run third-party ad retargeting pixels for consumer marketing.
Where legally required (for example, under GDPR in the EU/EEA), we rely on consent for any non-essential cookies. Where consent is required and you do not give it, we do not activate those optional cookies.
4. Business contact data (B2B)
If you email us at [email protected], or otherwise reach out for inventory access, PMP / PG opportunities or publisher representation, we will process the information you provide.
Typical data we handle in that case:
- Your name, role and company
- Your work email and any other work contact details you send us
- Publisher / domain / inventory you control (if you are a publisher)
- Buyer seat / DSP / deal ID / campaign requirements (if you are on the demand side)
- Commercial terms discussed with us
We use this data only to evaluate and run the commercial relationship (publisher onboarding, deal creation, compliance review, billing, etc.).
We store this information in standard B2B tools (for example CRM, billing, contract systems). We do not sell this contact data.
5. Programmatic transparency and compliance
A core part of what Pulsior does is provide auditability for buyers and legitimacy for publishers. That means we sometimes share limited information with an approved counterparty to confirm that a given placement, domain, seat, or deal is authorized.
Example: a DSP or agency might ask us to confirm that a specific publisher is legitimately represented by Pulsior for a specific deal ID or supply path. We may answer that request by confirming (or denying) that relationship.
This is not “selling data”. This is standard supply path validation, and it is required by buyers’ brand safety, finance and legal teams.
If you are a publisher and you do not want us to disclose you to a given buyer, say so up front. We can set commercial boundaries.
6. Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR / similar)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases for processing:
- Legitimate interest — to secure and operate our site, prevent abuse, understand aggregate usage, and run our B2B commercial pipeline.
- Contract / pre-contractual steps — to evaluate and execute publisher representation, inventory packaging, PMP/PG deals, and buyer onboarding.
- Consent — where required for optional cookies / trackers that are not strictly necessary.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable regulations, tax, audit, fraud prevention and record-keeping requirements.
We do not use consent as an excuse to run consumer-style behavioral advertising. That is not our business model.
7. Data retention
Web access logs and security logs: kept for a limited period, primarily for security and troubleshooting.
B2B/commercial communication (for example, publisher onboarding notes, buyer deal terms, invoices): kept for as long as needed to perform the agreement and to meet audit / tax / dispute requirements.
If you stop working with us and want routine commercial contact data removed from active systems, email us and we will review (subject to anything we must keep for legal reasons).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are based (for example EEA, UK, certain US states), you may have rights over your personal data, including:
- Right to access (you can ask what we hold about you)
- Right to correct (you can ask us to fix inaccurate business contact data)
- Right to delete in some cases (you can ask us to remove data that we do not need anymore)
- Right to object or restrict certain processing
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify that you are who you say you are, to avoid disclosing data to the wrong party.
9. International transfers
Pulsior works with publishers and buyers in multiple regions, including North America and Europe. Business contact data and deal documentation may therefore be accessed by team members in those regions.
Where required, we use standard contractual safeguards (for example, EU-style transfer clauses in vendor / tooling agreements).
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the information we handle against unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure.
No method is perfect. We expect both sides (publishers and buyers) not to forward sensitive commercial terms or inventory mapping outside of agreed scope.
11. Updates to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in how Pulsior operates, regulatory requirements, or the markets we work in (for example if we expand into a new geography or change data tooling).
When we make a material change, we will update this page. The most recent version is the one you are reading now.
