1. About Pulsior

Pulsior operates as a programmatic sales house and commercial representative for selected premium publishers. We package and position inventory, and we facilitate programmatic access for qualified buyers, including DSPs, trading desks and agencies.

Pulsior is not offered as a self-serve ad platform for consumers. We act in a B2B capacity only.

2. No public offer

The information on this site is provided for general commercial context only. It does not constitute a binding offer, insertion order, service commitment, guarantee of spend, guarantee of CPM, or guarantee of performance.

All commercial terms, inventory access, rates, targeting, data usage rules, and service levels are subject to separate written agreement between Pulsior and the counterparty (for example, a publisher agreement, an IO, a PMP / PG agreement, or a supply access agreement with a buyer).

Nothing on this website automatically creates a partnership, agency relationship, reseller right, exclusivity, revenue share, credit line, or payment obligation.

3. Use of this website

You may view and share the public information on this site internally (for example, to brief your commercial, legal or procurement teams). You may not:

Pulsior may update or remove content from this website at any time without notice.

4. Inventory descriptions

Any references to inventory quality, brand suitability, viewability, attention, privacy, geography, performance, audience value, or consent alignment are descriptive. They are provided so that buyers and publishers understand how Pulsior positions inventory.

Actual deal terms (for example: format, floor, geo, category restrictions, budget, verification requirements) are defined per private marketplace deal, programmatic guaranteed agreement, or similar negotiated contract.

Buyers are responsible for validating that the inventory they activate complies with their internal standards (brand safety requirements, category restrictions, data usage, applicable law, etc).

5. Privacy and consent

Pulsior communicates that inventory it represents is aligned with GDPR / CCPA style consent and control expectations. That means the publisher states that consent has been obtained and that signals are passed in a compliant manner.

Pulsior does not independently certify or warrant that any given impression, placement or user profile meets every legal, policy or contractual requirement of a buyer. Buyers and their legal / compliance functions remain responsible for verifying that a given campaign meets their internal privacy, data usage and regional rules.

For detailed information about handling of personal data, please see the Privacy section or contact us at [email protected].

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Any actual commercial liability, indemnity, service level or performance commitment will only ever exist if it is explicitly written in a signed agreement between Pulsior and the counterparty.

7. Supply path transparency

Pulsior presents itself as an authorized commercial representative of selected publishers and may appear in sellers.json / ads.txt as an approved reseller or sales house.

Additional detail about how Pulsior appears in the chain, why buyers route spend through Pulsior, and how verification can be requested is provided in our Supply Path Disclosure.

You can review that disclosure here: Supply Path Disclosure
