1. Who we are

Pulsior is a programmatic sales house and commercial representative for selected premium publishers. We package, position and sell inventory on behalf of these publishers to qualified buyers, including DSPs, trading desks and agencies.

Pulsior is not an open exchange. We focus on structured access to premium environments (private marketplace deals, programmatic guaranteed, curated supply packages) rather than unmanaged open-auction volume.

2. How Pulsior appears in the supply chain

When a buyer activates spend through Pulsior, the path to the impression may include Pulsior as an authorized reseller / sales representative for the underlying publisher.

In practical terms:

  • Publishers authorize Pulsior to make their inventory available to programmatic demand.
  • Buyers may see Pulsior (or a Pulsior-designated seller / seat / account ID) in sellers.json or as an authorized reseller entry in the publisher’s ads.txt.
  • The buyer’s DSP, trading desk or agency contracts against Pulsior’s packaged inventory instead of creating and maintaining 10–15 separate one-off publisher relationships.

This structure is intentional: it gives buyers one clear, auditable supply path and gives publishers controlled commercial exposure.

3. Why buy through Pulsior (value add)

  • Consolidated access. A single commercial relationship gives you reach across multiple premium publishers and formats (display, native, video).
  • Brand suitability and disclosure. Inventory is categorized and documented so buyers can understand where ads appear and meet internal standards.
  • Privacy alignment. Traffic is aligned with GDPR / CCPA consent requirements and consent is passed downstream.
  • Stable packaging. We support PMP / PG style deals with agreed pricing, creative requirements, geography and category boundaries.
  • Procurement clarity. Finance / compliance teams get a transparent chain that is easy to approve and easy to renew.

4. Publisher authorization

Pulsior does not resell random or unattributed traffic. We represent publishers that have explicitly approved Pulsior to position, package and commercialize specific placements.

This protects the publisher’s CPM and brand positioning, and it gives buyers confidence that the path they are using is legitimate and auditable.

5. Privacy, consent and data handling

Inventory provided through Pulsior is aligned to GDPR / CCPA expectations for consent and lawful use. Consent strings and related signals are passed as provided by the publisher.

Our goal is to enable scaled spend in compliant, brand-suitable environments without forcing buyers into blind or unverified supply.
